5K running playlist of the week: 11-04-2010

It’s getting cold outside and that means that you don’t want to spend too much time out running or you’ll catch a cold… :) This week’s 5K running playlist is a fast one, it’ll get your through a 5k quickly and then straight indoors to grab a cup of hot chocolate milk (which according to some reserach is the best recovery food for runners for some reason. I’m keeping the list short and fast so make sure you warm up before you start.

This 5k running playlist is only 32:38 minutes long and if you want your run to last for the duration of the list, you’ll have to run at a pace of 10:30 min/mile, which is not too slow at all.
