New month, new weekend and of course, a new running playlist of the week. Early this week, one of our readers, Alex, asked for a Dance based playlist.
I do take requests, so I put this dance and electronic music based playlist together.
As usual, we start with low BPM songs to warm up, and then start to pick up. Note that even the slow start opens at 130 BPM, so it’s still pretty upbeat.
This dance running playlist is actually quite fun to run with and keeps you pumped for the whole run. It’s 1:01 hours long, so it will give you a good workout. Watch out towards the end because it jumps from 145 to 169 and then 174 BPM so you might feel the urge to really speed up.
