Today’s running playlist is designed to help you run a 10k. It’s timed at 1 hour 31 minutes, so it’s not for the slowest runners, but if your pace is faster than 14:40 min/mile it should be plenty for you.
I made sure that you have a good mix of low BPM and high BPM songs in this playlist so you can cycle through running fast and slowing down when you need to rest a little bit while you are out there.
Obviously, feel free to move songs around to match your running style, e.g. if you like to start very fast, then slow down a bit and then go fast again, you should move the lower BPM songs to the middle.
